ABOUT US
Our story starts way back, when Bishop Mel Indoc came to Cebu, Philippines
Our story begins in 1998, when Bishop Mel Indoc arrived in Cebu, Philippines with his entire household. With a heart devoted to God’s calling, he began His work by ministering to families, planting the seeds of faith, and building a strong foundation for what would become The Church of Jesus Christ International.
As the years passed, God continued to move in our ministry, expanding our reach and deepening our commitment to His mission. A significant chapter in our journey unfolded in 2017, when Pastor Julius Bandico was called to lead our congregation. Under his leadership, our church grew in faith and strength, navigating through both triumphs and challenges.
The pandemic from 2020 to 2022 tested our endurance, but by God’s grace, we persevered. Even in times of uncertainty, we remained steadfast—worshiping, serving, and sharing the Gospel. The trials of those years only strengthened our faith and commitment to our calling.
Now, in 2025 and beyond, we continue to stand firm in our mission: to bring people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ, disciple believers in their faith, and be a light to our communities and the world.
